What Is Coaching?
1:1 Coaching - THE INTAKE SESSION

We won’t delve into your past to find answers - instead I will work with you to help you achieve your goal, faster and more efficiently than you might if you did it alone. And best of all, you’ll only have yourself to answer to if you don’t.
The Intake Session
This is the first session in that takes place at the beginning of our coaching relationship. It lasts up to 90-minutes and provides an opportunity for me as your coach, to both share my approach and gather important information from you, as my client.
1:1 Coaching - THE STANDARD PACKAGE
(Coaching can begin following the completion of an Intake Session)
The Standard Package
Six weekly or biweekly 50-minute coaching sessions (frequency to be agreed at start of relationship), including email access to me once between sessions and access to tools designed to help you achieve your goals….
Coaching packages should be booked in conjunction with an Intake Session.
