Our initial Intake session will be dedicated to identifying your goals and working together to create an action plan to help you achieve them.

We can work together to identify your needs and overcome your obstacles. Everyone has times when they might struggle with achieving goals that they set for themselves.

One-to-One Coaching - THE INTAKE SESSION

The Intake session
This session will take place at the beginning of our coaching relationship. It lasts up to 90-minutes and provides an opportunity for me to share my approach and gather important information from you, as my client.
1:1 Coaching - THE SIX SESSION PACKAGE
(Coaching can begin following the completion of an Intake Session)
The six session package
Six weekly or biweekly 50-minute coaching sessions (frequency to be agreed at start of relationship). Including exercises designed to help you achieve your goals and email access to me once between sessions.
All coaching packages should be booked in conjunction with an Intake Session.
